 Foggy Nights
« Thread Started on Jun 3, 2007, 5:53pm »

Kyle walked down the streets with a black long coat around him. He looked over his shoulder to make sure he wasn't being followed. His guns still placed on his side as he walked down a dark alley. Then he looked behind him as a vampire jumped off a roof top. A dark smile crossed his face as he kept walking down the alley.

((I will make better posts when I get more confident at what we are doing and I DL Microsoft Word. Sorry for the shortness. ))

For Tiozu the entrance into the night was one that welcomed him. Peering at the endless darkness once more he spotted several shadows that were flitting about on the rooftops in a manner not unlike himself. He sat almost like a cat on the end of a roof edging onto the alley in which he saw a mortal human. Peering at the other he saw that he had a greater level of perception and that he was packing heat. It would do him good to converse perhaps...

Jumping down from the ledge that he was on he landed in a crouch waiting a bit for the tension to leave his muscles. After all was he not a mere human parading amongst the super-human with nothing more than his wits in comparison!? Still intent on the other human that stood infront of him some ten yards across he stood up slowly. His wooden bokken was a joke should the other human misstake him for a vampire. Nodding lightly as a token of acknowledgement of the other human Tiozu stood steadily. "Greetings... I am Tiozu Goren." He stood on his heel awaiting the response from the other. He would not benefit from creating any regrets. Thinking quickly he saluted the american. It was something that he hoped would work as an ice-breaker. Then he waited.

Kyle heard the man or vampire or what ever it was start to talk. He turned around quickly pulling out his guns and aiming at the man. He lowered them a bit when he noticed it was indeed a human. He eyed the human man up and down wandering what would posses him to jump from such heights. He placed his guns back in the holsters and walked towards the man.

"Kyle Short." He said. "How may i help you?"

Kyle hadn't ever seen this person around before but he got a sense he may be seeing a lot more of him.

All the observations that he was able to do of the man up to this point were all telling him that he was a man of action that would spare little dialouge and would prefer action over all else. 'Martial arts be damned when you have guns at your disposal!' He could almost smile at the confidence that he knew that he himself would have like that. It wasn't enough against even the regular vampires should the human be.. Human. Still he was impressed, there was nothing that made the other human make that misstake to believe him to be anything other than... just human.

"Impressive sensitivity there." It was said as if in admiration. Indeed that was what it was. It wasn't often he stumbled upon one such as himself that had the drive to excel beyond the normal human limits. The slightest tilt to his head was enough to animate his whole facial expression to make it so much brighter. "Good to meet another dedicated soul." This time he was positively grinning. Reaching out with his hand toward the other hand that he hadn't seen the other being to favour as the gun-hand he was showing him the maximum amount of respect. "Nice weather for a walk right...." It wasn't a question. Again he was pointing towards the rooftops. It was an invitation.
